论我国抗旱立法的完善

旱灾一直是我国的主要自然灾害之一,它影响粮食安全、饮用水安全、生态安全。面对大旱,我们必须深刻反思我国现有抗旱立法工作的不足之处,并通过加强防灾减灾与水资源管理方面立法,完善《森林法》的内容,加快制定农业保险法、农田水利法等农业立法,使我国抗旱工作有法可依,提高我国应对旱灾的能力。     

几株益生乳杆菌耐药性的研究

采用药敏纸片法研究了戊糖乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆茵、干酪乳杆茵等7株益生乳杆茵对11种抗生素的敏感性,结果发现,7株乳杆茵均耐受多种抗生素。对戊糖乳杆茵LP-B耐四环素基因(tetM,tetS和tetW)的初步研究表明,该四环素耐受基因不位于基因组DNA上,是否存在于质粒上及其该基因的转移性等尚有待于进一步研究。     

On the causes of increasing world poverty and inequality,or why the Matthew effect prevails

The purpose of this article is to analyse one of the very first European-level instances of trade union and social movement interaction in defence of the public sector, namely, the Coalition for Green and Social Procurement, an alliance of European trade unions and green and social non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and its campaign for an amendment of the new public procurement directives from 2000 to 2003. It will be examined to what extent this campaign was able to change the directives and counter neoliberal restructuring effectively as well as what the possibilities but also limits of trade union and social movement cooperation are as exemplified in this particular case study.     

Insurgent Building: Emerging Spatial Politics in the Bedouin–State Conflict in Israel

In the conflict between Bedouin representatives and government authorities in the southern Israeli Negev, the term ‘insurgent building’ refers to the construction of buildings erected in the full expectation that they will be demolished by the Israeli police shortly thereafter. This article analyses how insurgent building is employed as a spatial practice by emerging political actors to claim contested Bedouin landownership. Importantly, insurgent building relies on the ability of media and advocacy organizations to mobilize behind the issue. Most of the relevant scholarship takes the interpretative categories advanced by these actors at face value. Following anthropological debates regarding objectification and categorization, I examine the context of a specific case of insurgent building. Emerging political actors who employ insurgent building often rely on predefined ethnic categories and clear‐cut people–state polarities. This case demonstrates the need for a more differentiated understanding of multilayered local dynamics than the one offered by mainstream linear interpretations. At a more abstract level, political actors contribute to the reproduction of the very categories against which they mobilize.

分析了污泥比阻测定装置的现状,对装置进行了改进。通过实验效果表明,测定装置操作简便、压力稳定的优点,并且消除了多联测定间相互影响的问题,能够准确地测定污泥比阻值。     

Anti-consumption discourses and consumer-resistant identities

This article presents the analysis of two dominant anti-consumption discourses (the voluntary simplicity discourse and the culture jammer discourse) to show the importance of anti-consumption practices in the construction of consumer identities. Specifically, two consumer-resistant identities are presented: a hero identity and a project identity. Each resistant identity is produced by, and produces, overreaching cultural discourses against consumer culture, namely resistance to exploitative consumption and resistance to positional consumption. In addition, each identity expresses resistance either in terms of political consumption for an outer change or in terms of creative consumption directed toward an inner change. By stressing the importance of hero resistant identities and project resistant identities, this article offers the concept of identity formation as central rather than peripheral to the development of consumer resistance.

Economic contribution of French serradella (Ornithopus sativus Brot.) pasture to integrated weed management in Western Australian mixed‐farming systems: an application of compressed annealing*

Sowing phases of French serradella (Ornithopus sativus Brot.) pasture between extended cropping sequences in the Western Australian wheatbelt can sustain grain production through restoring soil fertility and reducing selective herbicide use. The objective of this article is to investigate the profitability of rotations involving this pasture under a variety of weed management scenarios to obtain greater insight into its value for mixed farming systems in this region. A stochastic search procedure, compressed annealing, is used to identify profitable sets of weed management strategies in a simulation model representing a large number of potential combinations of chemical and non‐chemical forms of weed control. In contrast to a continuous‐cropping sequence, the inclusion of a serradella phase in a rotation is profitable at high weed densities and with increasing levels of herbicide resistance. A single year of pasture in the rotation is optimal if resistance to Group A selective herbicides is present at the beginning of the planning horizon, but a three‐year phase is required if resistance to multiple herbicide groups is observed. Sowing a serradella pasture twice over a two‐year phase is also shown to be economically attractive given benefits of successive high weed kills.     

Innovation and antibiotic use within antibiotic classes: Market incentives and economic instruments

We analyze a monopolist's incentive to innovate a new antibiotic which is connected to the same pool of antibiotic treatment efficacy as is another drug produced by a generic industry. We outline the differences of antibiotic use under market conditions and in the social optimum. A time- and state-dependent tax-subsidy mechanism is proposed to induce the monopolist and generic industry to exploit antibiotic efficacy optimally.

相对于黏土砖而言,混凝土小型空心砌块属于一种新型建筑材料。在工程实践中,随着混凝土小型空心砌块墙体建筑的增多,混凝土小型空心砌块暴露出一些问题,如容易产生墙体裂缝及雨水渗漏等。文章就施工中混凝土小型空心砌块墙体的抗裂、抗渗能力的质量保证进行了阐述。
